Notes From New York: Lessons From A Growing Market

475’s own Ken Levenson was honored to be the keynote speaker at the recent Passive House Massachusetts Symposium in Boston on October 15th at District Hall. The annual event exists to connect architects, builders, engineers, building owners, policymakers, real estate professionals, and students interesting in furthering the Passive House movement as it grows throughout the region.

The address, entitled Notes from New York, examined recent highlights in the fast-growing New York Passive House market and how cross-disciplinary revolution can trigger market expansion across the Northeast to make Passive House normal.
