Floris Keverling Buisman  CEO / Technical Director, CPHC, LEED AP – Floris has a Master’s degree from the Delft University of Technology, School of Architecture, The Netherlands. He built the Lucy House at the Rural Studio, worked at Common Ground Community, and on Mayor Bloomberg’s PlaNYC Green Code Task Force. Floris is a Certified Passive House Consultant, WUFI-ORNL instructor, and a founding board member of New York Passive House. Floris is an adjunct professor at The City College of New York and has been a guest critic at Pratt Institute and Columbia University.
Ken Levenson CFO / Sales Director, AIA, CPHD – Ken graduated from Pratt Institute in 1989 and has been a registered architect in New York State since 1993. Ken is a Certified Passive House Designer, a founding board member of New York Passive House, the National Passive House Alliance and the North American Passive House Network. Ken is a founding partner at 475 High Performance Building Supply.
Oliver Klein Regional Sales Consultant for New England, CPHC, LEED AP – Oliver comes to 475 following a wide-ranging career in engineering and architecture. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1993 with a Master of Science in Materials Science and then in 2008 from Boston Architectural College with a Master of Architecture. Oliver is a registered architect in Massachusetts, a Certified Passive House Consultant and a LEED Accredited Professional. Oliver brings to his sales work a deep concern for building science and sustainability.
Lucas Johnson Western Regional Manager – Lucas Johnson has been on the leading edge of high performance buildings since starting his career at 15 years old. He has worked as a builder, utility program manager, consultant, and venture capitalist to deliver Zero Net Energy, Passive House, Living Future, and even two of his own standards: SUN Buildings and Positive Energy Buildings. Lucas also holds a degree in Physicochemical Biology as well as a Master of Environmental Science and EcoEntrepreneurship.
The uniting theme of his career is a passion for turning BS into building science. His position at 475 is his dream job since he gets to share his experience free of charge by collaborating with awesome architects, engineers, and builders to make their projects cost-effective, healthy, deep green, and enjoyable.
Ben Leer High Performance Daylighting Specialist – Ben has a varied background combining knowledge from construction, design, earth science, sustainability, and hospitality. He graduated from City College with a Master’s in Sustainability in the Urban Environment with a focus in architecture. He has a passion for creating environmentally friendly building, and is deeply committed to the Passive House movement. Ben is excited to provide his knowledge and unique set of skills to help clients achieve meaningful impact within their projects. He advocates for personalized customer service, on-site training, and hands-on assistance.
Huston Eubank Business Development for Eastern Canada – Huston served as a Principal at Rocky Mountain Institute’s Green Development Services for 6 years, and was founding Secretary and Executive Director of the World Green Building Council. He co-created and teaches the “Integrative Design for Energy Efficiency” course for Singapore’s Certified Energy Manager Program, is an Associate of Climate Resources Exchange International and The Green Asia Group. From 2009-2016 he served as Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer and Director of Consulting for Regenerative Ventures, Inc. He has an Architecture degree from Cornell University, is a registered architect (in Hawaii), and is a Fulbright Senior Specialist, a former Certified Construction Specifier, and a LEED AP. He is a dual Canadian/American citizen who has lived in Montreal since 2005, and is excited about his new role promoting Passive House and representing 475 in Eastern Canada.
John Druelinger Creative Director, CPHC – John began his career in sustainability in 2009 when he became involved in co-authoring the first Climate Action Plan for The Evergreen State College in Washington State. He collaborated community-scale sustainability plans in the Pacific Northwest before moving to New York City and catching the Passive House bug. He holds a degree in Sustainability Planning from The Evergreen State College and a Masters in Science degree from The City College of New York’s Sustainability in the Urban Environment program where he focused on innovative sustainable building strategies and building energy.
Lauren Harris Social Marketing Manager, CPHT – Lauren graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Natural Resource Management and Design, and has previously worked within the field of residential energy efficiency. She is a Certified Passive House Tradeperson and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Architectural Science in Sustainable Design and High Performance Buildings at the University of Sydney, managing social media and marketing efforts from abroad.
Philip Miceli Director of Operations – Phil comes to 475 with a B.S in Industrial Engineering from NY Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Hosfstra University. After a successful career spanning engineering, consulting, banking, commercial real estate, sales and marketing (online and offline), Phil decided to follow his passion for sustainability. He earned a professional certificate in Sustainable Design Construction and Development from New York University and a LEED GA accreditation. He is currently studying to be a certified Passive House Tradesperson while working to improve and streamline 475 operations as our growth accelerates.
Craig Toohey Director, Business Development, CPHT CPHB – Craig brings a variety of small business and sustainability expertise to 475. After graduating from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, Craig spent two years working in Montreal for a restaurant developer, then moved to Seattle, where he was involved in sales and energy efficiency program management for a large solar and water heating company, focusing on regional utility partnerships, state of the art energy-efficient residential systems, and the growing Pacific Northwest home performance industry. Having volunteered for a number of other progressive thought-leading institutions from Climate Solutions to the Northwest Energy Angels, Craig brings a passion for and commitment to environmentally and economically smart solutions and is excited to be helping grow 475 and the broader Passive House community.
Laura Davidson Enclosure Detail Specialist, CPHC – Laura graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Natural Resources. She is passionate about sustainability and high performance building, and is very excited to be a part of the Passive House movement.

Matt Cull Operations Analyst, CPHC – Matt graduated form NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2005. With a background in Television production and education in project management, Matt brings logistical planning skills to the operations department as well as support for the sales & marketing teams.
Aaron McCormack Technical Sales Engineer, CPHC – Aaron has joined 475 from our European partners Ecological Building Systems in Ireland where he served as a Technical Sales Engineer for the last 4 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Design and Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Aaron is looking forward to bringing his knowledge on airtightness, insulation and moisture movement to the company. He brings with him a passion for sustainability and Passive Design having recently become a Certified Passive House Consultant.
Nick Shaw New York Product Specialist, CPHC – Nick is a PHIUS certified Consultant and Builder, familiar with a variety of high performance techniques as a self-described sustainable design nerd. Nick has been working in the green building field for 8 years primarily on integrated design-build projects, has a BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Education from Warren Wilson College, and is very excited by the amount of high performance buildings going up in New York.
